Welcome to 'The Beading Gem's School'! The Beading Gem invites you to access any or all of the classes offered, subject to your agreement to these terms of use. Please read the terms below carefully before using the website. Use of this Site indicates your acceptance of the Terms of Use and forms a binding agreement between you and The Beading Gem. If you do not agree to these Terms, please exit immediately and do not use this Site.

1. General liability

The Beading Gem provides various Lessons on this Site and includes certain Materials. These are provided for your information and education only, and The Beading Gem has no liability for products or events arising from your use of these Lessons and Materials in any form, whether direct or indirect.

2. Your use of the Site

The Beading Gem authorizes each individual User who has logged in appropriately to view and learn from the Lessons. No login sharing is permitted. Additional Materials such as PDF files are available for download by authorized Users. A maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed for personal use by the User. The Beading Gem retains all copyright, and other proprietary notices contained in the original Lessons and Materials, on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Lessons and Materials from this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise disseminate or reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity.

A particular exemption applies to laser cutting file(s) that are part of the Materials. You may download a copy and modify it as necessary for laser cutting, and may obtain such expert assistance in the laser cutting as is necessary. Otherwise, the file is remains confidential and cannot be modified, copied, sold, auctioned, loaned, rented, or given away to any other person or entity.

Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site and you are held legally liable.

3. Hyperlinks

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. The Beading Gem is not responsible for the content or management of any of these sites, nor do any views or statements expressed in such sites from time to time represent the views of The Beading Gem. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you agree that you do so entirely at your own risk.

Definitions

Site - the website within the domain https://thebeadinggem.thinkific.com/ and all materials and files therein.

User - an individual person authorized to log in and use the Lessons and Materials in the Site.

Lessons - all instructional presentations, including but not restricted to those in video file format.

Materials - all electronic files accompanying Lessons, including but not restricted to PDF documents.
